Abstract：
来到二十一世纪，随着大学扩招，越来越多的初中生进入到高中就读，并且由于大环境的影响，最后到职业学校就读的学生素质日趋下降，这就给职业技术学校的教学造成不少困难。现代职业教育出现了更多的变革，这就给班主任的工作带来了更多的要求，作为与学生联系最密切的班主任，有必要改革班主任工作方式。
