    文章从四个方面论述了大学生自我管理能力的培养。从实际出发对学校和学生提出相关建议。学校要发挥育人主阵地作用，从加强师生交流，制定学生参与管理制度，学生管理制度，完善辅导员聘用制，构建教育、实践和交流平台五个方面进行了阐述；学生要树立自我管理的意识，发现自己、了解自己，掌握自我管理的方法和树立自信等五个方面进行阐述。
