培养学生的倾听能力是让学生学好语文的关键因素，好的倾听可以让学生更好地理解和体会语文中所要表达的内容以及情感。为了让学生更好地发展，小学语文老师需要响应国家的新课程标准，贯彻落实提升学生倾听能力的教学方案。以下内容就是如何在小学语文教学中怎样更加有效的培养学生倾听能力进行探索和研究，并且提出了相应的教学策略。
