    近年来，随着事业单位分类改革不断推进，原有的薪酬管理体系已经越来越不适应当下的需求。薪酬制度具有合理配置人力资源、培养员工归属感、增强员工凝聚力的作用。因此，有必要建立科学合理的工资制度。
