Abstract：
随着新闻媒体的改革不断地深入和推进，在新闻媒体中，青年员工是主要的主力军，在媒体改革中有着非常重要的作用。在媒体改革的过程中存在一些新的问题和挑战，需要注重青年员工思想政治工作，树立正确的思想观念，培养青年员工良好的人生观、价值观和世界观，增强青年员工的使命感以及责任感，明确舆论导向的准确性，创设良好的舆论氛围，推动我国新闻事业的发展。
