Abstract：
定向培养在全面贯彻军民融合深度发展国家战略的基础上发展而来，是依托地方普通高等学校来开展培养工作，培育优质人才的重要途径，定向培养的管理教育要求高、专业性强，在靶向培养工作体系的支撑下，坚持以四项工程为抓手，在管理教育中形成了特色教育、特色管理的新模式。
