Abstract：
近些年，我国技术水平快速提升，推动了电力企业的发展。在配电网运行过程中应用现代科学技术，能够有效提升配电网的运行质量。10kV配电线路是与电力客户最接近的部分，一旦10kV配电网发生故障会造成大范围停电，不但直接影响客户的电力使用，也会影响电力企业的发展。所以，利用现代化技术对10kV配电网配电线路故障实施自动定位和隔离，可以有效缩短故障处理时间，同时确保用户用电质量，对推动电力企业经济效益发展具有重要的现实意义。
