Abstract：
城市更新是适应城市发展规律、优化城市布局、提升城市功能的重要手段。结合城市更新中的空间治理的一元、二元和多元等不同模式，长沙市在实践中顺应城市发展规律，突显地域特色和片区品质、传承城市气质内涵，重视文化传承与风貌修复、强化多元主体参与，探索传统社区“双修”模式、提升金融服务质效，构建了多源投入的共建共享的城市更新长沙模式。
