Abstract：

目前，中国建筑市场的竞争环境非常激烈。施工企业要不断提高竞争实力，需要通过科学规范的预算，严格控制预算指标，完善建设项目预算成本管理。但由于实际管理工作中受到诸多市场因素的影响，也会出现超预算的情况。作为施工企业，要严格控制超预算的发生，确保施工项目顺利施工，提高企业整体经济效益水平。
