随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展，人力资源在企业发展中的地位越来越重要，现代人事档案管理已成为企业一项非常重要的工作。21世纪最重要的是人才。企业如何识别、任用和管理人才显得尤为重要。做好人事档案管理工作，可以为企业提供更有效的资源和途径，优化人力资源结构，整合人力资源管理，提高人力资源素质，帮助企业提高生产效率，更好地发展自身，服务社会。
