Abstract：
目前不少大型企业都会在管理工程时采取EPC总承包模式，EPC总承包是一种综合性的管理模式，具有很多发展优势和管理优势。这种模式能够提供一条龙的服务，能够在更大程度上减少资源浪费，精简服务流程。对于业主和承包方而言,这种模式确实能够提供很多便利，但是此外承包方在使用这种模式时也存在着一些风险。
