Abstract：
基于国家教育改革和发展纲要的精神，积极发展双创型经管类人才是我们当下教育事业工作的重要内容。所以我们在此基础之上，我们分析了中国大学经济管理人才发展所存在的一些问题，以双创理念为分析基础，探索了中国大学经管型人才的发展模式，为我国高校双创型经管人才培养模式改革提供一些有帮助的见解。
