Abstract：
受到经济发展的影响下，公路工程建设也得到了前所未有的发展前景，公路工程的技术管理方式迎来了重大的挑战，但是也带来了相应的机遇，当前工程技术管理问题备受关注，从目前的公路工程管理方法来看存在着很多的问题，受到多方面因素的影响，管理模式不健全给工程质量带来了严重的影响，需要当前的公路施工单位加强对技术管理的方式，确保提升当前的工程质量，实现自身单位的可持续发展目标，本文根据工程技术管理受到的各种因素影响触发，研究出相应的对策进行分析，为后续工程技术管理提出一点见解。
