Abstract：
蔡元培先生是中国近现代著名的革命家、教育家、思想家，从晚晴翰林名士到教育救国的先行者，他的教育思想是中国传统文化与西方现代文明交织影响的产物。他的“五育并举”养成健全人格等教育思想以及改革北大的高等教育实践，不仅在当时具有明显的进步性，即使在当今也对中国的高等教育改革和发展具有重要的理论价值和指导意义。
