全球工业与经济在高速发展的同时也给环境带来了极大的负面影响，全球环境问题的严重性引起了世界公民的重视与关注。为了保护与改善我们居住的环境，就必须要对环境问题进行及时且密切的监测，以此来发现环境问题的源头并采取有效措施予以及时的解决。
