    正确的方法应该正面引导、关心、爱护，体贴入手，找出症结所在，循循善诱，做深入细致的思想工作，用真诚的爱心去沟通他们的心灵。伤害了他的自尊心。运用翻转课堂，进行教学的改革，既能活跃课堂气氛，又能增强学生的学习兴趣。“翻转课堂”鼓励性评价法，学习信心启蒙，激发学习动机。
