    Abstract：

    旋即而来的自媒体时代，打开了网络思想政治教育的新场域。“三全育人”背景下和自媒体蓬勃发展的时代，如何借助网络来提高高校思政育人的能力成为了当前的热点问题。借用先进的自媒体技术转变思政教育工作开展方式，使思政教育工作的开展不再受到时间和空间的限制。在阐释自媒体发展给高校思政教育工作带来机遇与挑战的基础上，讨论如何充分利用自媒体赋能网络思政，建立完善学校整体自媒体网络思政体系、多角度提升教育者“人机协作”能力，使网络思政更好地发挥铸魂育人功能。
