    Abstract：

    如何在语文课程中培养学生的文化意识是所有语文教师需要思考的问题，本文对开发语文拓展课程和培养学生文化意识进行了研究，指出了在西藏开发语文拓展课程的必要性、可行性和重要意义，认为开发语文拓展课程的有效形式包括合理运用“晨诵、午字、暮省”、借助社团和校外实践基地以及发现生活中的“大语文”知识。
