Abstract：

通过对当前中职院校幼师专业教育现状进行分析可以知道，在实施教学方案的过程中仍旧存在突出的矛盾，因此，需要重新设计实践教学体系。文章着眼于中职院校幼师专业学生的职业能力，并且在项目课程实施的基础上，加速运行实践教学，建立完整的实践教学体系，使学生能够获得更高的职业能力，促进学生专业能力的发展。
