Abstract：
为确保建筑工程在施工期间不会给自然环境造成太大影响，因此必须要在施工活动正式开始之前进行环境影响评价，同时制定出合理有效的全过程环境管理对策，以此为工程施工与运营环节的环保效果提供保障。环境影响评价可以为工程项目全过程环保管理提供指导基础，同时环保管理工作的确切落实更是环境评价问题得以解决的主要途径。
