    小学语文教师在人际交往中应具有沟通能力，交往的能力和充分的自我表达能力，从交往中获取信息以及构建知识的能力。拥有了这些能力，课堂才会有良好的师生关系和互动的学习氛围，课堂教学才会有条不紊，传授的知识才会丰富多彩，紧扣时代的脉搏；拥有了这些能力，才会让学生不论是在知识方面，还是在社会生活中都受益匪浅。
