Abstract：
在中职的英语教学过程中，帮助学生去提升英语职业能力是老师教学的主要任务，可是在传统的英语教学当中课堂中的学习形式不适合学生去进行专心学习。在英语课堂中去进行核心素养的培养，可以给课堂带来实践性和有效性，可以激发学生的学习爱好，给课堂起着很重要的部分。这篇文章主要就是分析了中职英语课堂中老师的教学特点，进一步讲述了加强英语核心素养的策略，给中职英语教育的发展带来了一定的作用。
