Abstract：
加强对学生法制教育是建设社会主义法治国家的内在基本要求，是教育行政管理部门、学校及教师的责任，是落实依法治国基本方略、建设社会主义法治国家的重要基础工作。作为一线的语文教师，在讲授课文时应积极主动将法制教育渗透到日常的教学课堂中，让学生在学习语文知识的同时，也能了解法律知识。本文结合语文部编版上下册部分课文，谈谈新高考背景下高中语文教学中渗透法制教育的有效途径。
