在科学技术与社会经济发展的新时期，信息化建设已成为医院当前开展档案管理工作的一项重要内容，且更加强调人性化管理，要求档案管理过程满足6S法则，以便进一步提升医院档案管理的规范性。基于此，本文对6S法则进行了简要概述，详细分析了加强医院档案管理的重要性，并结合医院档案管理中存在的问题，主要就6S法则在医院档案管理中的运用与提升策略展开了深入探讨，以期为他人提供借鉴。
