    为解决如何充分利用好博物馆文物资源，弘扬其背后蕴藏的文化，推动中国特色社会主义文化繁荣发展，坚定文化自信，构筑中国精神，中国价值。本文主要以河南省博物馆为例，对博物馆行业发展进行研究，提出加强专业人员队伍保障，推动文创产品开发，加强师资培训，加强与科技的融合等观点，以期为博物馆行业工作人员提供参考。
