    Abstract：

    传统的中职教学法导入中职课堂的实践分析教学存在着教学方法落后的问题，学生缺少学习兴趣，综合能力难以得到提高，需要尽快针对教学理念和方法进行改进。分层教学法重视学生在学习过程中的层次差异，关注了不同层次学生的学习需求，能够对学生制定针对性的教学计划，有利于提升中职学习效率和学习质量。基于此，本文分析了分层教学法的概念，提出了分层教学法在中职教学中的应用策略，以期可以为中职教学活动的开展提供有效参考。
