Abstract：
随着全球化的发展，国际交往变得日益频繁，起到沟通桥梁作用的口译人员愈加凸显重要性。除了公办院校以外，广大民办院校也成为培养口译人才的前沿阵地。本文主要基于当前民办院校在培养口译人才方面存在的问题，重点讨论了民办院校在提高口译教学方面的具体措施，从而提升民办院校在培养口译人才方面的积极作用，促进其口译人才的培养与输出。
