    Abstract：

    随着我国离退休干部群体逐年增多，离退休干部的心理健康问题日益凸显。本文以长沙市离退休干部的心理健康现状为例，分析影响离退休干部心理健康的因素和心理健康公共服务存在的问题，探索离退休干部心理健康建设方法和途径，以提升离退休干部心理健康服务水平，推动离退休干部长寿乐生和发挥余热，助推积极老龄化社会建设。
