高职建筑工程技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式研究与实践

Abstract：

新一轮基础教育课程改革要求教育人员在开展教育指导时采用现代学徒制，其作为一种新型教学模式，主要通过校企合作来进一步完善育人机制，提高学生各方面的技能水平。当前，高职建筑工程技术专业在培养学生时仍旧面临着一些问题，对此本文提出几点策略，以期能够利用现代学徒制来提升高职学生综合职业能力。
