    伴随着互联网成长起来的00后做为新生代员工已步入社会，如何管理好00后员工是一门大学问。研究发现，X公司在对00后员工管理中存在缺少职业规划、忽视00后员工的性格特征等问题。从转变管理理念、创新公司文化、建立完善的激励机制和制定职业规划引导以及注重情绪管理等方面提出了对策。
