    工程量清单计价是我国工程项目招投标和后续管理中广泛采用的一种计价方法。然而，从目前工程量清单计价模式在我国的应用来看，仍然存在许多问题，直接影响到工程造价的发展。基于此，有必要加强对工程量清单计价模式在工程造价管理中应用的深入研究，充分发挥工程造价管理的作用。
