Abstract：
在素质教育背景下，教育观念与教学目标都发生了比较明显的变化，传统课堂在这种新型教育背景下的局限性越来越突出，急需全新的课堂形式来实现教学质量的提高。文章立足于当前的教育背景，以小学数学为例，结合数学学科特点、小学生年龄特点提出了构建智慧课堂的措施，以通过智慧课堂的构建提高小学数学教学质量。
