    随着职教改革不断地推进，社会各界对创新人才培育模式愈发地重视，现代学徒制便在此时应运生，现代学徒制与目前酒店服务专业的人才培训完美契合，能够同职业教育发展需求相符合，并能推动酒店服务管理行业发展教学。对此，本文将对技工院校酒店服务专业现代学徒制人才培养模式展开研究，以期参考。
