Abstract：
建构游戏对于促进儿童合作能力的发展有着重要的意义，但经过实践研究发现在开展建构游戏过程中幼儿的合作行为存在过度以自我为中心、合作对象单一性、合作层次不够高的问题，为解决存在的问题文章提出培养幼儿合作能力的策略有：榜样示范，激发幼儿合作动机、创设情境，增强幼儿合作意识、合理引导，教给幼儿合作方法、及时反馈，做好幼儿合作评价。
