    Abstract：

    为了更好地发挥高校社会服务职能，更好地为政府教育部门做好幼儿园教师培训的计划任务，课题组通过调查问卷和访谈两种方式进行幼儿园新教师培训需求调查研究，了解幼儿园教师的培训意愿强烈程度，培训需求以及倾向的培训方式，并针对性提出幼儿园新教师培训策略及建议。
