Abstract：
现代工业化飞速发展的今天，电机的使用十分普遍。电机运行过程中经常出现问题主要有：短路故障、电动机自身绕组问题、电路电压不对等等问题，以上这些都会导致电动机电压、相位发生偏差，最终会成为电机异常运作甚至损毁的主要原因。其中在露天煤矿的采掘设备上三相异步电机与直流电机最为常见，例如提升电机、推压电机、开底电机等。因此要想维持电铲的正常运行，保证设备出动率，提升露天煤矿开采效率，进行日常维护和过载保护对可能出现的电机运行问题将会起到很好的预防作用。
