Abstract：
森林资源的可持续发展是改善生态环境、保证林木产品有效供给、推动林业经济稳定发展的关键，然而现阶段由于存在林业结构不合理、森林资源管理措施不科学、引起森林火灾的火源管理困难、防火技术滞后等问题，导致森林火灾时有发生，森林资源并不能得到有效的保护，本文提出应采取合理优化林业结构、加强森林资源科学管理、加强防火宣传、引入现代化防火技术与设备等策略，形成林业资源保护和防火的科学方案，从而为充分发挥森林资源的生态效益、经济效益奠定基础。
