Abstract：
要想切实提升学生的英语学习素养，教师就需要从多种角度出发，通过改变自身的教学模式，提高自身的教学技巧来改善目前小学英语教学的现状，文章从提高教师技能、开展多种类型的教学活动以及进行有效的评价等方面进行了分析。并且针对这些方面提出了一些可行的策略，以此具体的提高小学英语教学的有效性。
