Abstract：
初中阶段是学生学习英语的关键时期，初中生的英语学习效果影响其未来的学习情况。随着时代的发展，教师运用灌输式的教学方法很难获得良好的教学效果，学生的个性化学习需求日益增加。初中英语写作方面也对学生提出了自主有效运用所学知识的明确要求。对英语教师而言，合理运用分层教学法是帮助学生优化英语写作的有效手段。初中英语教师要充分认识学生在教学中的主体地位，积极采用分层教学法进行教学，帮助学生实现更好地成长。
