Abstract：

对中职教育而言，提高教育教学质量是学校的生存之本，而学生管理则是影响教育教学质量提高的重要因素。因此就需要中职班主任能够与学生密切配合，了解学生的需求，从而对学生展开有效教学，促使学生全面发展。如何做好学生管理工作，这不仅是学校管理层要思考的问题，也是班级管理的第一责任人——班主任更要思考的问题。
