Abstract：
在对节能减排和环境保护日益重视的大背景下，作好锅炉等高能耗设备的监管，提升锅炉等特种设备的能源利用率，对实施能源发展战略具有重要意义。本文先从不同方面对锅炉效率影响因素进行分析，并对能效评价指导下的锅炉改造进行研究，最后对节能效果进行讨论。
