Abstract：
当前，国家开展了以水利水电工程为主的众多利民工程，但这些工程在建设中会对生态环境造成破坏，这不符合我国保护以及修复生态环境的发展理念。所以水利水电工程建设单位要对生态保护理念的宣传以及落实给予重视，并且在具体的工程实施中全面分析破坏生态系统的原因，以确保能够建立可靠的生态保护体系。基于此，笔者对现阶段的水利水电工程进行分析，综合考虑其对生态系统产生的影响，从而提出相关保护措施，以期实现利民与保护生态的同步发展。
