    在素质教育背景下，教师需要从每位学生的实际情况出发，清楚每位学生的学习情况，使每位学生能够达到课堂上的最佳状态，提高整体课堂效率。基于此，本文结合实际教学经验，从备课分层、提问分层、评价分层三个方面入手，分析如何实现小学数学分层教学。
