Abstract：
传统养生功法是中华传统文化的瑰宝，拥着者深厚的历史底蕴和古朴的哲学思想，是中医药文化的重要组成部分。本次研究对绵阳市社区传统养生功法的开展现状进行调查、剖析、总结，提出加强社区相关部门引导和组织、增加社区功法专业指导人员、多途径进行宣传等方式来推广传统养生功法在社区的长足开展，为社区的体育发展和居民的身体健康提供有力的保障。
