Abstract：

在智能化网络的构建中，信息和通讯技术是必不可少的重要技术。因此，各有关部门必须加强对电网的运用，提高其使用的品质和使用效益，以适应我国的发展要求，为我国的现代化、经济建设提供有利的环境。本文旨在探讨在智能化电网环境下，如何更加科学地运用电力信息通讯技术。
