Abstract：
随着素质教育的发展学生的素质发展要求越来越高，初中数学教师也已经充分认识到这一点并对数学教学内容的优化设计进行研究。随着教育改革的逐渐深入高效课堂的构建成为数学教师提升教学质量的重要途径，教师必须要基于对学生的数学综合能力进行培养来优化数学教学，这样可以促进学生数学思维的发展。初中数学教师要结合素质教育的发展分析当前数学课堂中出现的问题并进行反思，从而促进数学教学的改革发展。
