Abstract：
小学英语教学，我们面对的小学生是处于生长发展过程中的儿童，他们的自主学习意识和能力相对于成人来说都比较弱，应该说是一个发展中的，期待进一步培养开发的群体，学生的自主学习能力是需要不断培养、逐步提高和积极引导的。因此，在我的英语教学中，结合市南区教研主题，紧密联系学校和英语教研组的科研课题，积极引导，多元助力，不断提高学生综合语言运用能力，充分体现学生学习的主体性，努力培养学生的自主学习能力。
