Abstract：
目前在整个中职教育开展过程中，心理健康教育已经成为一个不可或缺的教学内容，有助于培养学生更加优秀的心理素质，避免中职阶段的学生们出现一些心理层面的问题。为了让中职心理健康教育的教学效果达到更加理想的水平，教师需要在开展心理健康教育的过程中，不断优化心理健康教学设计，增加心理健康教育途径，提高学生的课堂参与度，进而促进学生潜能的开发，人格的完善。
