随着我国城市化建设的加速普及，市政工程项目的施工成了当前人们热议的话题，其中最受到关注的就是市政公用工程相关的管理问题，这不但对于城市建设有着重大影响，还关系着百姓民生、社会经济等各方面的全面发展。本文将围绕市政公用工程项目管理中存在的问题为核心展开论述，首先明确市政公用工程的相关概述，下一步阐述市政工程项目管理工作的内容，并且剖析当前市政工程项目管理工作中存在的问题，进而以此为基础探究出科学进行项目管理的有效方略。
