Abstract：
《职业教育提质培优行动计划（2020—2023年）》围绕办好公平有质量、类型特色突出的职业教育，以提质培优、增值赋能为主线，坚持问题导向、需求导向、目标导向，着力补短板、激活力、提质量。针对思政课教学，《行动计划》强调在优化创新思政教育模式的基础之上，坚持社会主义核心价值观培养理念，并将其与人才培养深度融合。加强建设中等职业学校思想政治理论课课程，借助提质培优工作的推进实施，建设一批思政课优秀教学创新团队，发挥辐射、带动、引领作用，探索研究新的教学模式，培养思政课中青年骨干教师，着力构建思政课教师人才梯队。
